The CHIN Help Desk is available Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.  Contact the Help Desk via email at support@nchomeless.org or by phone 1-877-703-3176 (toll free).

Additionally, the Self-Service Center is available 24/7 to get answers to technical questions, and access reports and membership documents.

Advanced technical support is available via one-on-one online conferencing with a CHIN staff member.  Contact the Help Desk for scheduling.
