THREE WAYS TO ACCESS TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

1. E-mail requests for technical assistance should be sent to support@nchomeless.org. All e-mails are converted into PhaseWare incident tickets and routed to CHIN staff for attention.

2. Call the Toll Free Help Desk at (877) 703-3176. The Help Desk is monitored continuously. All messages will be responded to in the order they are received. Please leave a description of the technical concern, your name, agency, direct phone number, and the best time to contact you.

3. Log into CHIN's online Self Service Center to request technical assistance, monitor the status of all previous incidents tickets, download program reports, and search the knowledge base for answers to routine issues: http://tracker.phaseware.com/NCHC/Main.aspx?rurl=.
