POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
CHIN's Standard Operating and Network policies were written by the CHIN Policy Committee in accordance with HUD Technical Standard and guidelines governing homeless management information systems. These policies were reviewed by Kilpatrick Stockton, LLC to ensure that client privacy rights were protected to the fullest extent possible. After review, they were approved for use by the CHIN Steering Committee and/or the CHIN Operations Committee.
