CHIN provides regularly scheduled trainings around the sate and on-line for both HMIS certification and use of the Advanced Reporting Tool (ART).

During training end-users will access a training site which mimics the "Live Site", and allows users the ability to learn without fear of corrupting sensitive data. Click here to access the Training Site.

CHIN

The Carolina Homeless Information Network, CHIN, is North Carolina’s centralized homeless management information system. It is designed as a computerized, data collection tool to aggregate client-level information, over time, on characteristics, service needs and services utilization of individuals experiencing homelessness.

CHIN adheres to all Federal Register guidelines governing homeless management information systems.
